Legal notice

Who runs this site, what it sells, and on what terms. The Spanish edition of this notice carries the identification required by Spain's Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE); this is the same information for an international reader.

The provider is established in Colombia and delivers all services remotely. There is no Spanish tax number and no entry in a Spanish commercial register, and none is required of a provider established outside the EU.

2. What this site is

This site presents professional services and their prices, and lets you request information or book a call. It is not a shop: nothing is contracted or charged automatically from these pages. Every engagement is agreed by email, with a scope and a price set in writing beforehand.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices on the English edition are shown in US dollars and exclusive of tax. Monthly plans are paid month by month — no card is stored and no charge is taken automatically: each month you get the payment link and decide. When invoicing a business established in the European Union from outside it, the supply falls under the reverse charge mechanism: the customer accounts for VAT and must supply a valid VAT identification number.

4. Service terms

• Audits are performed through a read-only IAM role created and controlled by the customer, with an ExternalId unique to each engagement. The customer can revoke access at any time by deleting that role.
• Nothing is charged before the agreed work has been delivered.
• Monthly plans are paid month by month: no card is stored and nothing is charged automatically. Stopping is simply not paying the next month — no minimum term, no penalty.
• Implementation credits are quoted before any work starts and are billed only after you approve the scope. Anything scoped above eight credits is quoted as a fixed price instead.
• Any customer account information reached during an engagement is confidential and is not shared with third parties.

5. Intellectual property

The contents of this site — text, design, brand, sample reports and downloadable material — belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. You may quote them with attribution and a link to the original. Reproducing them in full for commercial purposes without prior permission is not allowed.

Open-source tools published by the owner are governed by the licence stated in their own repository, not by this notice.

6. Liability

The technical material published here (checklists, articles, guides) is informational and is offered without a guarantee of results in any particular environment. Applying changes to production infrastructure is the responsibility of whoever executes them. The specific commitments of an engagement are the ones written into its proposal.
