A read-only IAM role that you create, in your account, locked to my identity with a secret only we share. I cannot change a single resource with it, and you delete it whenever you like. Because the plan includes monitoring, there is a second role that can write — but only to create the CloudWatch alarms and their SNS topic, only during setup, and I ask you to delete it once it works.
No. The agent runs on your own API key, in an instance dedicated to you, and reads your account through that read-only role. Nothing is pooled with another client and nothing trains anything.
